Serve Latino legal professionals, Latino communities, and peoples of Utah. We aim to fulfill our mission by utilizing the law to promote betterment.
We're a duly organized Utah nonprofit corporation. Utah Hispanic Bar Association is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID: 99-2124248).
Promote the professional advancement of Hispanic, Latino, and Latinx legal professionals.
Provide a forum to learn about historical and current issues.
Provide a mechanism for support of the civil rights, cultural values, economic interests.
Assist Hispanic, Latino, and Latinx attorneys in Utah in their professional pursuits.
Advance technical and ethical skills via promotion of legal education programs.
Develop a support system for admission to law school.
Affiliate with the Hispanic National Bar Association (We’re officially HNBA affiliated- see more below).
Engage in any activities reasonably related to the foregoing in accord with 501(c)(3).
Solicit and receive contributions in furtherance of, incidental to, or connected with the foregoing.
